If you're a regular reader of my blog, you're already familiar with TweetPhoto, a local startup founded by one of my former students. Check out this recent update on the 'Twitter Photo Sharing Horse Race' over at TechCrunch.
It's stories like this that continue to show us that the First Mover Advantage is clearly a reality in business, but, so too is a Better Second Mover Advantage. Do something better than the 'big player' in the market and you'll eventually end up running neck and neck with 'em! Who will win in the end? That's still to be decided, but my money is on Sean Callahan and TweetPhoto.
