Failure...an important ingredient to C, I, and E

One of my favorite topics in class is failure.  Just ask my students.  They'll tell you that this word comes up regularly.  In fact, if you were to stop by my classroom, you'll hear me say things like "Fail Fast!", "Failure is a necessity for entrepreneurship", and "Failure is not...".  That last one is a real doozy for the students to consider.  Instead of completing the sentence of "Failure is not...", I invite the class to consider what failure is and what failure is not in the context of creative inquiry, innovative ideas, and entrepreneurial experiences.
Just today, one of my students found this short documentary produced by Honda on the importance of failure in pursuing success.
If you have a few minutes, check it out and let me know what you think of it.
